I contacted the store less than one year after I purchased 3 mattresses. The tops were disintegrating. They told me that they only guarantee that you like the mattress and that I would have to contact the manufacturer for their warranty.
No warranty, no guarantee from the manufacturer many loopholes.
DO NOT BUY FROM THE BRICK!
